How T:0 works
AI interprets, deterministic logic posts. T:0's AI reads your business and generates the accounting rules. Those rules are deterministic — the same transaction is always treated the same way — and they are what writes to your ledger. You review at the key touchpoints.
Three things happen, in order:
- You describe your business. Your business profile tells T:0 how your company is structured, how it makes money, and what it spends on. It shapes the chart of accounts T:0 builds for you.
- You connect your accounts. Connections bring in transactions from your banks, cards, processors, and payroll providers — via OAuth, Plaid, an API key, or a CSV upload.
- T:0 keeps the books. Most transactions are categorized automatically. Anything that needs your judgment lands in the Inbox.
